Refund policy
At L'loen, we care about customer satisfaction. You can use your right to return or exchange under the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- You may return products within 14 days of the delivery date without giving any reason (your right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation is reserved).
- Products to be returned must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Underwear, swimwear/bikinis with hygiene seals removed, and custom-made products are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact us at iletisim@lloen.com with your order number, or create a return request from the orders page in your account.
- Once your return request is approved, hand the product to our partner courier.
- After the product reaches us and is inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a size or color exchange, simply place a new order once the return process is complete.
