Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer identified below, pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Buyer: The individual/legal entity placing an order on the Site (the "Buyer/Consumer")

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product the Buyer has ordered electronically via L'loen's website.

3. Product Information

The product's type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery information consist of the information communicated to the Buyer on the Site and in the order confirmation email at the time of order.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For products that cannot be returned due to their nature, such as underwear, cosmetics, and personal care products, the right of withdrawal may be exercised provided the packaging/hygiene seal has not been opened or broken.

5. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for custom-made products or hygiene-related products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, or seal have been opened.

6. Payment and Delivery

Payment is collected in full via the methods offered on the Site. Delivery is made within the timeframes specified in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. L'loen also ships outside Türkiye; delivery times for international orders may vary, and any customs duties/official fees are the Buyer's responsibility.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, fall under the jurisdiction of the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Buyer's place of residence.

8. Effect

By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
