Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is entered into electronically between the Seller, whose details are provided below, and the Buyer, pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties

Buyer: The individual/entity placing an order on the Site ("Buyer/Consumer")

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through L'loen's website.

3. Product Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit price, payment method, and delivery information of the product consist of the information communicated to the Buyer on the Site and in the order confirmation email at the time of ordering.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For products that cannot be returned by their nature, such as underwear, cosmetics, and personal care items, the right of withdrawal may be exercised provided the packaging is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact.

5. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for made-to-order/personalized products or for hygiene-related products whose protective packaging, tape, or seal has been opened.

6. Payment and Delivery

Payment is collected in full in advance via the methods offered on the Site. Delivery is made within the timeframes specified in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. For international orders, delivery times may vary and any customs duties or official fees are the Buyer's responsibility.

7. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Effect

By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
