Privacy Notice (KVKK Disclosure)

This Disclosure Notice has been prepared to inform you, pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), about the personal data processed by Soner Ünver ("L'loen") as data controller, through the L'loen website (lloen.com).

When you shop on our site, create an account, or contact us, personal data such as your name, address, phone number, email, order and payment information (card details are not stored by us and are processed via the payment provider), IP address, and cookie data may be processed.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is processed for purposes including receiving, preparing, and delivering your orders, providing customer service, fulfilling legal obligations (invoicing, tax legislation, etc.), ensuring site security, and, where you have consented, marketing communications (email newsletters, etc.).

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with courier/logistics companies, payment service providers, our site infrastructure provider Shopify Inc., and legally authorized public institutions, only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through your visits to our site, membership/order forms, and correspondence with us, and is processed on the legal grounds of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it if so, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion/destruction within the conditions set out in KVKK, to object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing.

7. How to Apply

You can submit requests regarding the rights listed above in writing to iletisim@lloen.com. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible, and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature.
