Shipping Process

Your orders are prepared and handed to our partner courier within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Turkey, and around 5-15 business days for international orders, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Shipping Cost

For domestic (Turkey) orders, shipping is free on orders of 1,500 TL and above. A flat shipping fee applies below that amount. For international orders, a flat international shipping fee applies; the amount is clearly shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive your tracking number by email or SMS.

Delivery Regions

L'loen now ships to many countries worldwide, in addition to Turkey. You can select your country at checkout; if a region is not currently supported, you'll be notified by the system.

Customs Duties and Official Fees

For international shipments, additional customs duties, VAT, or official fees may apply depending on the destination country's customs regulations. These charges are outside L'loen's control and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Undelivered Packages

Shipments not collected within the timeframe set by the courier are returned to us; in this case, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund.
