Shipping Process

Orders are prepared and handed to our partner courier within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery takes an average of 2-5 business days within Türkiye, and an average of 5-15 business days for international orders, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Shipping Cost

For domestic orders, shipping is free on orders of ₺1,500 or more. A flat shipping fee applies below this amount. A flat international shipping fee applies to international orders; the amount is clearly shown at cart and checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive your tracking number by email or SMS.

Delivery Regions

In addition to Türkiye, L'loen ships to many countries worldwide. Your country can be selected at cart/checkout; if a region isn't currently supported, the system will let you know.

Customs Duties and Official Fees

For international shipments, additional customs duties, VAT, or official fees may apply depending on the destination country's customs regulations. These amounts are outside L'loen's control and are the buyer's responsibility.

Undelivered Packages

Shipments not collected within the courier's specified timeframe are returned to us; in this case we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund.
