When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation; shipping takes 2-5 business days on average depending on your region.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of ₺1,500 or more. See our Shipping and Delivery page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. In addition to Türkiye, we ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery takes 5-15 business days on average; any customs duties and official fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have the right to return unused products with tags intact within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns and Exchanges page for details.
Can I exchange a size?
Yes, size/color exchanges are possible depending on stock. You can start a return and place a new order, or contact our customer service.
How do I choose the right size?
Size options are listed on each product page. If you're unsure about sizing, email us at iletisim@lloen.com and we'll help you find the best fit.
How does the tree donation work?
2 trees are donated in your name for every product we sell. You can track the total number of trees donated via the counter on our homepage.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive your tracking number by email/SMS, which you can use to track it live on the courier's website.
