How much is shipping?

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have the right to return unused products with tags intact within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, size/color exchanges are available depending on stock. You can start a return and place a new order, or contact our customer service.

How does the tree donation work?

For every product we sell, 2 trees are donated in your name. You can track the total number of trees donated live via the counter on our homepage.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive your tracking number by email/SMS, which you can use to track your shipment in real time on the courier's website.
